Downstream of the mill pond and dam, this converted millhouse is on the bank of the Titicus River. Improvements to the original timber framed gable include a 2500sf addition, new carriage house, extensive site improvements and complete rehabilitation of the original building.
The uniqueness of this historic site justified the substantial design and construction challenges.
